That's the story running on Destructoid right now, which took consignment of a couple of cans of MW2-branded Monster energy drinks.
The box for four-pack appears to confirm that it's planned for a Spring 2010 release. As this is the first we've heard of this, we checked in with Activision who could only tell us that more details would be coming soon. The piece also mentions that retailer Sam's Club will be selling six-packs of the drink, which apparently give consumers access to the "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Combat Training Experience," which Activision has said is an exclusive, online event.
Also available as prizes will be copies of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Hardened Edition; Modern Warfare 2 themes for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3; and, in case you're not amped up enough, more energy drinks.

Exhibit A, your honor...
