Infinity Ward wants to know what you want to see in their next game.
Although it hasn't been announced at an event or via press release through any official channels. Everyone and their mother knows that
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is on the way, as Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling said as much
in a recent Twitter post and Activision's CFO did the same in an
earnings call a few weeks ago. Now
Infinity Ward wants to know what fans want from the game. The developers have set up
a Twitter feed on their site asking fans to write in with the features they most want to see, both in the game and on the community site.

If Bryn were still here, he'd be swooning!
For the most part, the responses ask for normal features like more maps, different (or no) vehicles, better integration with the game's official site (a la Bungie.net), and particular weapons. However, a quick scan of the list uncovers some gems, such as the ability to lock out any players under 13 years old or "mute the morons listening to crap music in the lobby". I couldn't agree more...
Will says: As much as I'd love to see whiny little brats get the banhammer, I highly doubt that that'll ever happen (after all, that's the majority of the game's fanbase!). Personally, I love the idea of a community site similar to Bungie.net, especially if it'll support features like custom videos and screenshots. I mean, think about how many times you've seen something insane happen in
CoD4 and wished you could save a video of it. It's a no-brainer,
Infinity Ward!
What features do you most want to see, either in the game itself or on the community. Chime in below!
