BioWare's Mass Effect 2 is easily one of the best games released so far this year, and it's likely to stay up there for the remainder of 2010. It's good news for fans of Shepard's second outing today, as BioWare has revealed more downloadable content is going to be hitting the Cerebus Network in late March.
The Hammerhead assault vehicle is coming to the Cerberus Network in late March!

Free to all Cerberus Network members, the Firewalker pack includes 5 all new missions featuring the Hammerhead. Hovering over the battlefield at up to 120 kilometeres per hour, the Hammerhead also boasts a guided missile system ensuring accuracy even during aggressive maneuvering.
The site goes on to note that additionally, a new heavy weapon will be made available to all Cerebus Network members shortly.

Free content is good content.

Bryn says: Does EA's strategy of giving away free DLC to gamers that buy the original game discourage you from wanting to pick up Mass Effect 2 as a used title at your local store? I know that there's planned paid DLC for both original owners and used copy owners, but the Cerebus Network is a pretty cool idea. Maybe you think it sucks. Let's hear your thoughts.
